Brighton By the Bay
Built upon a distinctive corner site in a desirable Melbourne suburb, ‘Brighton’ is a contemporary bayside residence that offers a chic alternative to the standard family home. Comprising of two pavilions, the ‘zinc box’ and the ‘white box’, with an interconnecting walkway between, the building reflects the timeless modernist principle of clean and simple lines, and reinforces the area’s reputation for modern architectural design.

Collaboration + Art = Triptych
By Sarah Elliott Constructed upon an angular plot of 1,853 square metres, this innovative scalene-shaped residential tower is situated on Kavanagh Street, in the heart of Melbourne’s arts and cultural precinct. Considering its location, it is perhaps not surprising that this iconic building has been designed by a collaboration of some of Australia’s most prominent artists and design minds. “Our motivation has been to create a living artwork through the minds that think best on that level,” says Danny Flynn, Director of Stable Group Development Management. And it has been through this unique combination of art and architecture that this awe inspiring building has been crafted. |

The King of Design
With breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean as far as the eye can see, this distinctly modern yet timeless house sits atop a ridge of Palm Beach, Sydney’s northernmost suburb. Adding character to the area, the Palm Beach House achieves complete transparency, with large operable glazed openings and dramatic cantilevered roofs, creating a blurred connection between inside and out. This amazing home was designed to be comfortable to live in and add character to the area, rather than work against it. The area of Palm Beach is that of sandstone, eucalyptus and water’s edge - an area with a tradition of great modern homes.
